COMMITMENT is the glue that bonds you
to your goals.

"Nobody succeeds beyond his or her wildest expectations unless he or she begins with some wild expectations."
Ralph Charell

I notice Murphy worked himself to death.
When are you going to show that kind of commitment?

"I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. Twenty-six times, I've been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."
Michael Jordan

"It's really important that you feel good. Because this feeling good is what goes out as a signal into the universe and starts to attract more of itself to you."
Joe Vitale

Stand for something, even if it means standing alone.
RECOGNIZE YOUR THOUGHTS, FEELINGS & ENERGY
  1. "I am determined to follow through no matter what."
  2. "I will deliver what I said I would, when I said I would."
  3. "Nothing will stop me."
  4. "You can count on me to follow through."
  5. "I have no doubts about him/her delivering as promised."
You are determined. You are mentally and emotionally calm and assured.

REALIZE WHAT IS DRIVING YOUR MINDSET

  1. You are willing to do whatever it takes to get there. You are going to do it no matter what.
  2. Tenacious and open, you embrace what's around you, yet you don't give up what you have internally made up your mind about. You are truly being present.
  3. You know obstacles will emerge and that you will successfully overcome them as you accomplish your goal.
  4. You are free to act fully with your full heart and with your full intention, with all of your skills.
  5. Commitment means you go forward when there are gaps in evidence or encouragement to go forward.
  6. Commitment is a stretch that takes you out of your comfort zone.

RESOLVE BALANCE YOUR STRENGTHS

  1. Create a plan and follow through until it's complete.
  2. Focus on the details of getting there. Make sure everyone knows the path forward and how progress will be measured.
  3. Support people in their day-to-day tasks.
  4. Stay awake and mindful of what is going on around you with people and processes. Respond and focus as things change.
  5. Speak your vision freely, engage concerns and questions from those around you. It is normal for people to doubt. Help them see their way forward. Stay the course.
  6. Ask people what's in it for them and link their drivers to the vision.
  7. Validate, acknowledge and celebrate the small steps forward.
